Millville Lumber specializes in steam kiln dried Southern Yellow Pine (# 1, # 2 and better). The inherent characteristics that make Southern Yellow Pine the desirable species for so many applications are its high strength, seasoning, nailholding capability, durability, resistance to wear, treatability, and quality.
We supply custom sawed timbers to meet your specific requirements for: decking, log cabin homes and timber frame homes.

KILN DRYING
We kiln dry to exact customer specifications. The result of a kiln-dried home, whether it is a log or timber frame home,  is that it stands up to climatic extremes - from harsh, saltwater coastlines and cold mountainous heights with heavy snow loads to humid tropics and arid regions. View kiln
